Barbeque Heaven

We have decided to try a charcoal instead of gas barbeque after 25 years.  Hubby converted an old gas barbeque into charcoal and so far we have had burgers, weenies, sausages, really great chicken, baked potatoes & carrots.  I’m waiting for the first produce off the plants to grill veggies.  Gas is getting expensive & I was always afraid of an explosion and I have heard a lot of people are going back to charcoal.  We bought one of those starter thingies that you stuff with paper & charcoal and it works like a charm.  No longer waiting for an hour to heat the coals up and you don’t have to use the stinky, squirty stuff that made your weenies taste like chemicals.
