I hated chocolate when I was a kid, hot chocolate we were served at Brownies & Girl Guides always burned my tongue…chocolate bars…the only ones we ever had were Hershey’s Dark which my father brought home from overseas, man was it bitter. BUT NOW…I love it…chocolate anything, especially my favourite: ice cream sandwiches. The first one I ever ate was handed to me by someone who said “here eat this” and I didn’t want it to melt all over the place, so ate it I did.YUM! I have never had a s’more so I am going to make these as soon as I go shopping for marshmallows. I watched a show called “The Best Thing I Ever Ate” and one dude described a “smore pie” which is graham cracker crust coated with melted chocolate, filled with some chopped almonds & stuff & topped with meringue. That’s my next step.
