I love to read sports celeb’s auto bios…I have read a lot, including some written by baseball umps which are usually hilarious. I just finished “Arnie & Jack”, Palmer, Nicklaus, and Golf’s Greatest Rivalry, written by Ian O’Connor. Really well written and full of stuff I didn’t know. For instance Arnie was (& maybe still is) quite a ladies man. Jack used to be fat and was called “Fat Jack”, and other tidbits. I have always watched golf on TV mainly because that’s all we were allowed to watch on Sundays at home with Dad. I got away from it for quite a few years and have never played (except for one putt-putt game in which I had a hole in one) but have always loved the game. Now I watch tourneys usually all week-end. I know most of the players by sight & have my favourites…Camilo Villegas, Oliver Wilson, Paul Casey & “The Big Easy” Ernie Els, among others.
