Ho Ho Ho!

I have just started my Christmas stuff today.   I made Irish Cream & the same cheese ball I have made for 39 years.  I divide it in 2 and freeze it until Christmas.  This is the first year I actually read the recipe.  I didn’t read the part (and should have) that says to CHILL the stuff before shaping it into balls.  No wonder.  Ever try to shape goop into balls and then roll it in nuts??  Who would have thought!  Obviously not me!!
