I watched the Food Channel the other night and came across a sauce used to dip fries into like ketchup. Big surprise, it’s called Fries Sauce. Mix mayo & ketchup together. I had a jar of mayo with just a bit in it & a ketchup bottle the same so I made some. I think I will be dipping everything in this stuff. I know the French dip their fries into plain mayo but this is delish. My husband (a ketchup junkie) ate most of it. I checked for recipes & you can add stuff to it like relish & chili powder, etc., but I like it the way it is…like creamy ketchup.
